How do I guard

Indeed any person can be discouraged by one’s persistently encountered difficulties or inhibitions, and particularly when ‘one has consistently tried to confront and overcome these’ but without success. And the discouragement can even be further justified, whenever the encountered difficulties or limitations continue to grow.

However, and as illustrated per some of our previous Your Future World Today Weekly articles, the real source of any person’s most discouragements is ‘one’s focusing on how big and growing’ one’s encountered difficulties or inhibitions are, instead of one’s focusing on ‘how bigger and limitless’ one’s capacity can become. And not only for confronting and overcoming the growing difficulties or limitations, but for also conceiving and adopting new strategies and innovations. Which grow one’s capacity for both making the sought breakthroughs, and conceiving and pursuing even higher or greater accomplishments ‘despite one’s encountering even greater difficulties’ arising from the greater accomplishments pursuit.

An illustration that comes to mind is when I initially ran a brickmaking business, I tried ‘but could not sufficiently overcome recurrent and growing difficulties’ in achieving some targeted production efficiencies. And these ‘not fulfilled efficiencies’ led me to decide to significantly raise our brick production capacity, through acquiring bigger and more efficient machinery. Whose higher production and efficiencies led us to ‘not only pursuing far higher sales targets’ and market share, but also to the extend that ‘we started to encounter increasing incidences of client houses not being finished’ due to the then increasing HIV deaths. And these culminated to my subsequently establishing a burial services business, whose operations ‘had their own unique and even more difficult’ production and client servicing problems. However, and through applying the same approach of not continuously focusing on current persistent problems, but on significantly raising the scale of our operations. The increased operational scales brought opportunities ‘for the introduction of new product ranges’ and higher-level efficiencies, which in turn significantly raised our burials and market share. And also to the extent that the subsequent exponential burials expansion ‘ironically became the core influence’ to my seeking to contribute to the advancement potential of people, before they die. And hence the subsequent birth of the Open Heavens Transformational Leadership Training.

Accordingly, any focusing on ‘developing your capacity beyond whatever and however growing difficulties or inhibitions’ you encounter, not only guards against any discouragement. But ‘also opens up’ new and diverse opportunities, which ‘facilitate your sustained advancement’ even across different business sectors.
